We would strongly advise booking tickets in advance.

There may be tickets available on the day, but it is advised to book in advance to guarantee your place!

Festival Camping - NOW SOLD OUT

Again, places are limited for camping and not all festival attendees will be able to camp, so book your place early to avoid dissapointment.

Advence festival tickets are now sold out, but there will be a very limited amount available on the door. So get there early so you don't miss out!

NedFest triathlon will begin at 7:30am and we encourage you all to come along and give the teams a good send off. We anticipate teams to come in over the finish line from approx. 12 midday, which we also encourage support for.

Campers can begin setting up tents from 10:00am.

Music will begin at 11:30am, with live bands beginning around 1pm (confirmed times coming soon). Bands and DJs will continue through the afternoon, up until finish at 10pm. Attendees must leave at 10pm unless they have camping tickets to stay over.

There is limited parking on-site, signs will direct you once you get to Cliff Lakes.

Parking will be limited, so if you can, jump in with some others and share a lift. Or get a taxi and enjoy a couple of beers in the sun!
*Please drink responsibly

Take care when entering park as cyclists will be coming in and out from 7.30 in the morning. Speed limit on site is strictly 5 mph - please take care on site and be respectful of other residents over the weekend.

There will be no alcohol for sale, but please bring your own booze (No glass permitted). Food stalls will be selling food throughout the day - see what we have on offer here. You are welcome to bring your own food or even a picnic! Why not eh!?

Alcohol drinking age limits still apply, anyone under the age of 18 will not be premitted entrance with alcohol. Similarly, anyone under the age of 18 found with alcohol on-site will be asked to dispose of the alcohol or leave the festival.

There is no age limit, we welcome all ages to NedFest. Children under 10 can come for free. There will be outdoor games for kids to hopefully see little ones entertained.

Please be aware the event is outdoors, in a field, so may not be suitable for pushchairs or wheelchairs, dependant on the weather and the terrain. Please also consider there will be live music, so may be loud at times.

Under 18s will not be permitted to camp or allowed in festival without being accompanied by an adult over the age of 21. Admittance is at management discretion and people will be asked to provide proof of ID if security feel it is required.

Camping applies to Saturday night only. We may make a limit amount of spaces available for camping on Friday night for those travelling long distance or other exceptional circumstances, please contact the organisers to enquire about this.

Camping tickets are per person, not per tent. Each person camping requires their own individual camping ticket.

Campers can begin setting up tents from 10:00am.

We request that campers be responsible for themselves and their belongings, and look out for others too. Please don't bring the world's biggest tent for just 1 person! Please clear up after yourself. Please keep noise to a minimum during the night - remember their will be families camping, as well as very tired event organisers!

Parking is not within the camping area, so be prepared to carry your kit to the campsite. We will try to make helpers available to assist with camping gear, but cannot guarantee this. Pack light, it's only 1 night!

Camping tickets grant camping spots for tents only, not camper vans or motorhomes. Should you wish to bring a camping vehicle you will need to contact the organisers in advance to request access.

Under 18s will not be permitted to camp or allowed in festival without being accompanied by an adult over the age of 21. Admittance is at management discretion and people will be asked to provide proof of ID if security feel it is required.

Bikes: TT bikes will not be allowed for the sportive part of the Nedathon.

Wetsuits: Wetsuits will be be compulsory and can be hired from Cliff Lakes. If you require a wetsuit we would strongly advise going down the lake and trying one before race day. For details of swim times please visit the Cliff Lakes Facebook page.

Timings: We have taken the executive decision to not have chip timing for the event. The main factor was the cost (and the fact that we're trying to raise as much money possible for 2 amazing charities) and we felt that it was better for surplus monies going to the charities rather than on expensive chip timing. The event will be manually timed and each team will have a complete finish time but not a breakdown of each leg. We will setting up Strava segments so you will be able to see how you fair against other teams on the bike and run sections.
